COVID-19 Safety Measures
I am delighted to welcome back patients to the office. I want to ensure that all patients will feel safe while at the office. The office has incorporated significant sanitary, safety, and social distancing measures in line with Ontario Government and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario guidelines.
I have tested negative for COVID-19. I shall be tested on a regular basis because our safety, and health are paramount to me.
Below are the safety measures I have set up in the office to ensure everyone’s health and safety.
Patient Safety Measures:
A COVID-19 Screening form (PDF at the bottom of this page) must be filled out and emailed back to my office prior to your visit to receive treatment. If you do not complete the Screening Form prior to your appointment, you will be asked to complete it upon arrival to the office. Should the status of your health change, please let me know.
Hand sanitization is required upon entry to the office.
Patients are required to wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth in order to receive treatment.
If you do not have a face mask, disposable masks are available for a fee of $2.00.
Areas that patients come in contact with will be consistently and thoroughly sanitized. The office including the floor will be sanitized in between patient appointments. Also, all linens will be changed in between patient appointments.
We all realize that the effects of COVID-19 has created new norms for all of us. As we continue to get used to our new daily routines. I ask for your cooperation, patience and understanding during this unprecedented period of time for all us.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
The office requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation. This allows sufficient time for the appointment to be filled by another patient. Notice of cancellation should be completed via phone (905-628-3902), texting, or email.
